How to make Sweet Corn Soup

First of all, boil the sweet corn or cook it in a pressure cooker. Then separate the grains and grind half the grains with water and make a puree. Put some oil and butter in a pan, fry it lightly and add chopped garlic, ginger and green onion to it. Also add chopped carrots and French beans. Add corn puree and add some water to desired consistency. Add salt and white pepper and cook on low flame. Then dissolve cornstarch in some water and add it. Now add whole corn kernels, a little vinegar, black pepper and green onion. Cook for a few more minutes and serve garnished with soya sauce, chili sauce and green onions.
