Affordable audio lineup
Lava has expanded its audio portfolio in India with the launch of the Probud T51 true wireless earbuds and the Xscape 13° Neckband. The new products are aimed at budget-conscious buyers who still want long battery life, modern connectivity and useful everyday features.
The Xscape 13° Neckband is the standout here for endurance, with battery life rated at up to 70 hours. Lava has priced it aggressively at Rs 699making it one of the most affordable wireless audio products in the market right now.
Xscape 13° features
The Xscape 13° Neckband comes with 10mm dynamic drivers, Bluetooth 5.4, dual-device pairing and 45ms low-latency mode for smoother audio during gaming and video playback. It also offers three EQ modes: Pro Bass, Pro Rock and Pro Balanceso users can tune the sound to their preference.
Lava has also included IPX4 water resistance, voice assistant supportin-line controls and a lightweight design at about 30g. Fast charging is part of the package too, with a 10-minute charge reportedly giving up to 2.5 hours of playback.
Probuds T51 features
The Probud T51 TWS earbuds sit above the neckband in the lineup and focus more on premium features. They support up to 50dB hybrid ANC, 12.4mm dynamic drivers, Bluetooth 5.4dual-device pairing and in-ear detection.
Battery life is rated at up to 60 hours total playbackwhich is strong for the category. The earbuds also come with IPX5 water resistance, voice assistant support and the ProSpot app for controls and sound customization.
Availability and value
Both products are available through retail stores, with online availability on Amazon.in expected soon. Lava is clearly targeting the value segment here, especially with the neckband’s extremely low price and long battery life.
For buyers who want a cheap, long-lasting neckband, the Xscape 13° looks like the better bargain. The Probuds T51, meanwhile, is aimed at users who want ANC and a more feature-rich earbud experience without spending much.
