Following the couple's intimate wedding ceremony at Madison Square Garden, billboards outside the venue lit up in pink with the words " JusT&T Married " indicating that the couple had taken their vows and are now officially husband and wife.

The couple did not have bridesmaids or groomsmen, instead opting for Swift’s brother to serve as her man of honor and Kelce’s brother Jason serving as his best man. The wedding was officiated by actor Adam Sandler, who starred opposite Travis in his Hollywood debut film 'Happy Gilmore 2'.
