Chicken sandwich chain Chick-fil-A has lost its position as the top-rated quick-service restaurant in the U.S., which it has held for 11 straight years, according to the American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI).
Sandwich chain Jersey Mike’s topped the ranking this year, based on responses from 16,464 customers regarding their experience across factors including food quality, variety, value, freshness, and service consistency.
Chick-fil-A, the third largest quick-service restaurant company in the U.S. and operates more than 3,000 restaurants across the U.S., Canada, and Puerto Rico, was pushed to the second position.
