Nursing Officer Vacancy: There is a great opportunity for job seekers in the medical field. Recruitment has been announced for 5,989 Nursing Officer posts in Odisha. According to the notification issued by the Odisha Subordinate Staff Selection Commission (OSSSC), the deadline for online applications is July 6.

The link to apply online for the Nursing Officer recruitment is available on the official website, osssc.gov.in. Candidates who have not yet registered should complete the registration process by July 6. Applicants should also note that the online application facility will remain open until July 13.

Application Fee
An application fee must be paid when applying online for the Nursing Officer recruitment. Payment can be made via online modes such as debit card, credit card, net banking, or UPI.

The application fee is ₹500 for candidates belonging to the Unreserved and EWS categories, whereas the application is free for SC, ST, and PwD (Persons with Disabilities) candidates.

Educational Qualification and Age Limit
Candidates must have passed Class 12. Additionally, they must possess a GNM diploma or a B.Sc. Nursing degree from an institution recognized by the Indian Nursing Council. Furthermore, they must have studied and passed the Odia language subject in Class 7 or a higher grade.

Regarding the age limit, the minimum age is 21 years, and the maximum is 42 years. Candidates belonging to reserved categories will be granted age relaxation.
