His record in World Cup qualifiers and the Arab Cup is consistent, maintaining an average of roughly three bookings per match, reflecting his steady and balanced officiating style.

The USA vs Belgium matchup will also feature two teams known for their disciplinary records. Both sides have seen players sent off during this World Cup campaign in North America.
