Securing 75% marks in Class 12 is mandatory for registration under JoSAA. For instance, admission to IITs is granted only to candidates who meet the criterion of securing 75% marks in Class 12. In this context, let us look at the criteria prescribed for participating in UPTAC 2026. To participate in UPTAC 2026, it is mandatory to have passed Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.
