Sinner won the match in straight sets

Sinner produced a brilliant performance on Friday to defeat Djokovic in straight sets and book his place in the Wimbledon men's singles final for the second consecutive year. The world No. 1 recorded a 6-4, 6-4, 6-4 win over the seven-time Wimbledon champion at the All England Club.

Avenging his semi-final defeat to Djokovic at the Australian Open earlier this year, Sinner produced a calm and impressive performance to seal victory in two hours and 20 minutes. This was their only previous meeting in 2026.

Will face Zverev in the final

Sinner, who won his first Wimbledon title in 2025 by defeating his big rival Carlos Alcaraz, will attempt to successfully defend his title against Alexander Zverev in the final on Sunday.
