– 2 boiled potatoes
– 4 bread slices
– 4 spoons corn flour
– 1 teaspoon red chili powder
– Half teaspoon black pepper powder
– 1 teaspoon chaat masala

– 3 spoons bread crumbs
– oil for frying

To make Potato Smiley, do not overboil the potatoes so that they do not become soggy. Mash the potatoes well and there should be no lumps. Wet the bread slices in water and remove the edges. If you want, you can make it along the edge also.
While making it for children, do not make it too spicy. If corn flour is not available, you can add rice flour to make it more crispy. Roll out the mixture to uniform thickness.
