A major change has been made in the Indian cricket team before going on the Zimbabwe tour for the three-match T-20 series. Experienced leg-spinner Ravi Bishnoi has got the place in place of Varun Chakraborty. He got injured during the recently held T-20 series in England. It was hoped that he would recover before the Zimbabwe tour. Now, due to his health not improving, Ravi Bishnoi has been given a place in the team. The selection committee has taken this decision after the arrival of the medical report.

Shreyas Iyer to command the team

Young cricketers Vaibhav Suryavanshi and Abhishek Sharma have got a place in the Indian cricket team. Both the players will be seen opening in all the matches of the series. Shreyas Iyer has got the captaincy and Tilak Verma has got the vice-captaincy. Ishan Kishan has been given the responsibility of wicket keeper.
