The new leak offers the clearest glimpse of what Google’s coming foldable Pixel model might look like. Google’s next foldable smartphone showed up again in a fresh report ahead of its supposed debut. This one was shared by tipster Mystic Leaks and then picked up by several publications  after that. In that render, you can see that Google Pixel 11 Pro Fold is being described as a Pine Finish and it looks like it may match one of the official colour choices for the upcoming flagship foldable model.

What the leaked image is saying is that Google will keep the familiar Pixel Fold design language, but also swap in a refreshed green tone, which should make the whole thing feel a bit less loud and more understated, kind of premium looking.

Pine Brings a Fresh Look to the Google Pixel 11 Pro Fold

The newly leaked Pine color looks like a muted gray- green kind of shade, not that loud vibrant green. If you compare it with the Jade finish we already saw on older Pixel foldables, Pine feels a bit darker and more polished, kinda in line with what Google has been leaning toward lately, subtle nature inspired palettes and all that.

The render also shows Google’s usual camera island spot, still sitting across the upper rear panel. So yeah the general design seems familiar, but the updated finish gives the Pixel 11 Pro Fold its own vibe inside the upcoming Pixel 11 lineup.

Familiar Design, With Small Refinements, Not a Huge Flip

Even if this leak mainly talks about the color option, it also kinda backs up earlier chatter that the Pixel 11 Pro Fold wont get a big dramatic redesign.

Earlier CAD renders hinted the device keeps that book-style form factor, while doing smaller upgrades like a slightly slimmer chassis, a reshaped camera housing, and frame lines that look a lot cleaner. The newest image matches that pattern pretty well, like Google is refining rather than completely reinventing its foldable approach.

Going with a conservative design plan could let Google spend more time on durability, performance, and everyday usability, instead of doing major cosmetic changes just for the headlines.

Expected Hardware Upgrades

Google still has not officially confirmed the Pixel 11 Pro Fold specs, so for now we’re mostly going off prior leaks that hint at several actual hardware upgrades that could be coming. The foldable is generally expected to ship with a Tensor G6 chipset, rumored to be made on a newer manufacturing process that should help both power efficiency and AI performance, you know, the usual kind of “smarter faster” framing. There are also reports saying the camera sensors could get upgraded, along with a roughly 8-inch inner foldable OLED panel, a bigger cover screen, and a battery that sits near 4,800mAh.

All these changes would, in theory, try to patch the older Pixel Fold criticisms, especially around battery endurance , the camera results, and overall efficiency.

Launch Expected Alongside the Pixel 11 Series

Google has confirmed that its Made by Google event will happen on August 12, at which point it’s expected to reveal the Pixel 11, Pixel 11 Pro, Pixel 11 Pro XL, and Pixel 11 Pro Fold. Recent reporting suggests pre-orders might start right after the announcement, while actual retail availability comes later in August, maybe a few days after.

The Pixel 11 Pro Fold is expected to keep being Google’s top tier foldable, and to go head to head with premium options from Samsung, Honor, and other makers, in a market that’s getting more and more crowded, frankly.

Google Keeps Tweaking Its Foldable Plan

Instead of going for total hardware upheavals every single year, Google seems to be sticking to a kinda incremental route with the Pixel Fold series. The idea is to carry forward what already works from earlier generations, then plug the holes people mentioned, via better cameras, a more nimble processor, stronger software experiences and small design adjustments, nothing too loud.

And then there’s the Pine colorway, which also fits the pattern to refresh the lineup using carefully picked finishes, but still keep that familiar design language front and center.

Conclusion:

The newest leak gives prospective buyers another early glimpse of the Google Pixel 11 Pro Fold, but this time it’s tied to the stylish Pine color choice. While the foldable looks pretty much like its predecessor, the refreshed coating, expected Tensor G6 chip, improved cameras, and refined internals point toward Google aiming for real, tangible upgrades, not some full on, rework or complete reinvention. Since the Made by Google event is set for August 12, it probably won’t be long before the Pixel 11 Pro Fold gets officially shown, alongside the rest of the Pixel 11 lineup.
