Fiat’s Adorable New Grizzly Could Closely Mirror Chrysler’s Upcoming and Much-Needed Lineup Revival

It has been ten years since Chrysler introduced an entirely new production car. The year 2026 will mark the 10th model year of the Pacifica, the minivan that has remained the sole vehicle in the brand’s portfolio since the discontinuation of the Chrysler 300 sedan. However, Stellantis recently confirmed that three new crossover models are on the way for Chrysler—and on Monday, we got what appears to be our first clear look at two of them.

For now, these vehicles are Fiats designed for the European market.

The two models showcased are the standard and “fastback” versions of the Fiat Grizzly, a compact crossover that will be available across Europe in petrol, mild hybrid, and fully electric variants. In certain regions, the internal combustion version will even come with a manual transmission option.

This development holds particular significance for Chrysler. In the comprehensive Stellantis brand roadmap revealed in May, the company announced plans for three new models under the Chrysler badge. Two of them—the Arrow and Arrow Cross—were described as entry-level crossovers sharing a European platform. The silhouettes shown in that presentation closely resemble the shapes of the two Fiat Grizzly variants unveiled now. Their entry-level positioning would also align neatly with the mid-size Airflow crossover, which was previewed as a concept back in June.

As the production versions of the Fiat Grizzly models are set to debut in Europe toward the end of this year, Chrysler dealers in the U.S. likely won’t have to wait much longer for their first new product in a decade. It is also expected that the Arrow models will deliver higher performance than the Grizzly’s maximum output of 145 horsepower. Meanwhile, Chrysler has at least given the Pacifica a facelift, featuring a more contemporary front-end design.
