X Algorithm Update: Do you also post regularly on social media platform Let us tell you that X, owned by Elon Musk, has made a big change in its algorithm, after which now users will see the replies of their friends and close connections first. In this, the company claims that this will make the conversation experience on the platform more personal and useful than before.
What is the new update of X?
Giving information, X’s Head of Product Nikita Bear has shared information about this new change. Under the update, now in the reply section of the post, priority will be given to the comments of Mutuals i.e. the people you follow and those who also follow you. This means that reactions from your close friends, colleagues, and acquaintances will appear at the top of the replies section while unknown accounts and less relevant reactions will be moved to the bottom.

The company says that now this problem has been fixed.
What will change in the user experience?
Along with this, the visibility of spam and unnecessary comments may reduce after the new update. Users will see reactions first from people with whom they have a genuine connection. This is expected to make the conversation more meaningful and organized. Regarding this, experts believe that this change will also help in connecting people with similar interests and ideas, which can strengthen community building on the platform.
