1. Get enough sleep
The skin repairs itself by getting good sleep for 7 to 8 hours every day. Lack of sleep can increase problems like acne, dryness and premature wrinkles.
2. Adopt a healthy diet
Food rich in fruits, green vegetables, whole grains, proteins and omega-3 nourishes the skin from within. At the same time, eating too much fried, junk food and sweets can reduce the glow of the skin.
3. Control stress
Constant stress causes changes in the body that can increase acne and other skin problems. Stress can be reduced by doing yoga, meditation, or walking.
4. Keep the body hydrated
Drink enough water throughout the day and eat water-rich fruits and vegetables. Also use moisturizer so that the skin remains moisturized and dryness does not occur.
5. Exercise regularly

Daily exercise or brisk walking improves blood circulation in the body. With this, essential nutrients reach the skin and the face glows naturally. Don’t forget to clean your face after exercise.
6. Protect skin from sun
Apply sunscreen before going out in strong sunlight. This helps protect the skin from UV rays and may reduce the risk of tanning and premature aging.
7. Adopt the right skincare routine
Choose face wash, moisturizer and other skincare products according to your skin. Avoid changing your products frequently.
8. Adopt home remedies wisely

Homemade face packs like tomato and curd may be beneficial for some people, but if your skin is very sensitive or prone to irritation then be careful before trying such remedies.
Healthy and glowing skin cannot be achieved by any one cream or face pack. Small habits like good sleep, balanced diet, adequate water, regular exercise and proper skincare routine help in keeping the skin healthy in the long run.
