Telangana UPSC Free Coaching: The Telangana government is offering free coaching for the UPSC 2027 exam. Selected candidates will receive a monthly stipend of ₹5,000, a book grant, and library facilities.

Telangana UPSC Free Coaching: If you wish to prepare for the UPSC Civil Services Examination but are held back by high coaching fees, the Telangana government has presented an excellent opportunity. The Telangana Backward Classes Welfare Department has launched a free long-term coaching program for the UPSC Civil Services Examination 2027. This coaching will be conducted through the TGBCESDTC (Telangana BC Employability Skill Development and Training Center) at the TG BC Study Circle in the Saibabad area of ​​Hyderabad. Candidates can apply online by visiting the official website: tgbcstudycircle.cgg.gov.in.

Application Dates and Selection Process

15 July 2026 – Notification for the coaching program released
17 July 2026 – Online application process begins
7 August 2026 – Last date for online applications
13 August 2026 – Hall ticket download begins
16 August 2026 – Screening test to be conducted
19 August 2026 – Result declaration
21 August 2026 – Certificate verification process begins
24 August 2026 – Classes commence (running until May 2027)

Selection Process:

A total of 150 candidates will be admitted.

100 candidates will be selected via an online screening test.
50 candidates who have already cleared the UPSC Prelims will be granted direct admission without a test (subject to meeting eligibility criteria).

Stipend, Facilities, and Eligibility Criteria

A key highlight of this coaching program is that selected candidates will receive a monthly stipend of ₹5,000, provided they meet the attendance requirements. Additionally, a one-time book grant of ₹5,000 will be provided, along with access to the study circle's library and instruction from experienced faculty.

Candidates applying for this coaching program must hold a graduation degree from a recognized university and meet all the eligibility criteria for the UPSC Civil Services Examination 2027. Furthermore, the annual family income must not exceed ₹1.5 lakh for candidates from rural areas and ₹2 lakh for those from urban areas.
