The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is likely to release the results for the Class 10 second board exam soon. It is expected that the results will be declared before July 18. However, the board has not yet announced an official date or time. Students are advised to rely solely on the board's official platforms for information regarding the results.
How to check the result?
Once the results are released, students will be able to view them online. To do so, they will need to enter details such as their roll number, school number, admit card ID, and date of birth. Additionally, students will be able to download their digital marksheets.
Why did the board conduct the exam in two parts?
This year, for the first time, CBSE conducted the Class 10 board exams in two phases. The first exam was mandatory for all students, while the second exam was held for those who opted to retake the test to improve their scores. The aim of this new system is to provide students with another opportunity to perform better.
What happens if a student took both exams?
According to board rules, if a student has taken both exams, the higher score obtained in a subject will be considered for the final result. This gives students a chance to improve their marks without facing additional disadvantages or pressure.
How to get the original marksheet?
After the results are declared, students will be able to view and download their online marksheets. Subsequently, the original marksheet and other necessary documents will be made available through the respective schools. If a student has any concerns regarding their marks, they can apply for further action in accordance with the procedure prescribed by the board.
