HPCL Apprentice Recruitment 2026: Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) has announced recruitment for Graduate Apprentice Trainees (Engineering) in its Marketing Division. HPCL is a public sector company under the Union Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas. The company has issued a detailed notification for a total of 358 apprentice training positions for the year 2026-27. Candidates from Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, and Instrumentation engineering disciplines are eligible to apply.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation Engineering.

Selection Process
There will be no written examination for this recruitment. Selection will be based entirely on merit. Stages of the selection process:

Screening of applications based on marks obtained in the engineering degree.
Candidates will be called for document verification in a 1:5 ratio against available vacancies.
A final merit list will be prepared after document verification.
Selected candidates must accept the tripartite apprenticeship contract on the NATS portal.
The appointment process will be completed following medical certification and police verification.
