HPCL Apprentice Recruitment 2026: Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) has announced recruitment for Graduate Apprentice Trainees (Engineering) in its Marketing Division. Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation Engineering.

Age Limit: Candidates must be between 18 and 25 years of age as of July 31, 2026.

Selection Process
There will be no written examination for this recruitment. Selection will be based entirely on merit. Stages of the selection process:

Screening of applications based on marks obtained in the engineering degree.
Candidates will be called for document verification in a 1:5 ratio against available vacancies.
A final merit list will be prepared after document verification.
Selected candidates must accept the tripartite apprenticeship contract on the NATS portal.
The appointment process will be completed following medical certification and police verification.
