Kranti Gaur news: Indian women’s cricket team’s fast bowler Kranti Gaur, who brought pride to Madhya Pradesh and the country, was given a grand welcome at TT Nagar Stadium. Madhya Pradesh Cooperation, Sports and Youth Welfare Minister Vishwas Kailash Sarang met him and congratulated and honored him for his brilliant performance at the historic Lord’s Cricket Ground in England.
Sports Minister praised excellent performance
On this occasion, Minister Sarang said that Kranti Gaur has brought fame not only to Madhya Pradesh but to the whole of India on the world stage. He said, ‘This achievement of the revolution is a big source of inspiration for the daughters and emerging young players of the state.’ Referring to the sports policies of the government led by Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav, the Minister said that due to modern sports infrastructure and better training facilities, today the talents of rural areas of the state are proving their mettle on national and international platforms.
Lord’s moment unforgettable for revolution
Receiving the honour, an emotional Kranti Gaur said that being a part of India’s victory at Lord’s was the biggest and proudest moment of his life for him and his family. He shared that as soon as he saw his name appearing on the prestigious Honors Board at Lord’s, he immediately made a video call to his family and shared the moment.
Kranti said with pride
“It is every cricketer’s dream to get his name registered on the Honors Board. It is a matter of immense pride for me to see my name there as the first Indian woman cricketer. This achievement is not only mine, but that of my family, coaches, Madhya Pradesh and the entire country.”

Minister Sarang expressed confidence that this historic achievement of Kranti Gaur will inspire thousands of daughters of the state to move forward in the world of sports. He wished that in the coming times, the players of Madhya Pradesh will continue to make India proud on international platforms.
