Sohail Khan: These days Sohail Khan is seen in the reality show ‘Alliance’. In the recent episode, he shared an interesting anecdote to the name of his elder son Nirvana Khan. Sohail told that he wanted to name his son ‘Ram Khan’, but after the birth of his son, everything changed.

This decision was taken regarding the name
While talking to Ali Goni on the show, Sohail told that when Seema Sajdeh was about to become a mother for the first time, both of them had jokingly made an agreement. In which it was decided that if a son was born, he would be named Sohail and if a daughter was born, Seema would get the right to choose the name. Sohail said, “I wanted to name my son Ram Khan. We have always been respectful of every religion.”

This is how Nirvana got its name
Sohail told that after the birth of his son, the doctor told him that he had a son. When he reached the room, Seema had regained consciousness. He first asked, “What is Nirvana like?” According to Sohail, Seema called her son ‘Nirvana’ so casually that he decided at that very moment that he would not change the name again. He said smilingly that his son is still calm and composed like his name.

Great bonding seen in the show
After Seema Sajdeh’s wild card entry in ‘Alliance’, the special bonding between the two is being liked by the audience a lot. Sohail had said in the show that if any mistake happens in their relationship, he himself takes the responsibility for it. Seema also called him her friend.

living together even after divorce
Sohail and Seema got married in 1998 and separated in 2022. However, both of them are still raising their sons Nirvana and Yohan together. Sohail says that even though their paths have parted, he still has respect for Seema and both are fulfilling the responsibilities of good parents.
