Gauahar Khan has reacted to the ongoing gameplay in the OTT reality show The Alliance , where her husband Zaid Darbar is currently participating. The actress shared a video on Instagram, expressing her concerns about the game strategy and questioning contestant Mini Mathur ’s neutrality as the show’s “Ace.”


In the video, Gauahar said, “Whatever I say somehow turns out to be true. I don’t know how I will explain this to my husband, but here no brother-sister relationships are followed. It’s a game, and people are playing it really well.”

Talking about Mini Mathur’s gameplay, Gauahar claimed that she has been supporting Nikhil Chinappa instead of Zaid Darbar. She said, “I don’t know why Zaid can’t see that Mini is never going to be on his side.”

Gauahar further spoke about the diamond task and said, “When it came to giving the diamond, she very strategically said the weakest team and gave it to Nikhil’s team.” She added that during the competition between Zaid and Nikhil Chinappa, Mini was visibly supporting Nikhil. “She kept telling Nikhil that his three towers were ready, asking him to bring the ball, and everything was about Nikhil,” she claimed.

Questioning the role of the Ace in the game, Gauahar said, “If you are the Ace, you should support everyone equally and talk about everyone. But you are going against one person and telling the other side that his tower is ready and asking Nikhil to do something.”

She also raised concerns about the Ace helping contestants during a quiz task. Gauahar said, “How is the Ace allowed to help one team solve quizzes? Alliance, where are your rules? The team that should solve the quiz themselves is getting help from the Ace.”

Gauahar concluded by saying she does not understand why others are not noticing what she believes is clear favouritism. “I don’t know why people are not understanding that the Ace is clearly picking sides. An Ace should be someone who remains neutral, so that when your turn comes, they don’t throw you out.”

She added, “I don’t know why Zaid can’t see that Mini is clearly against him and is not supporting him even a little bit. Then what is the point of brother-sister relationships and all of that? If alliances are competing against each other, how can the Ace solve the entire quiz for one team?”
