Nowadays, busy lifestyle and eating habits can have a very bad effect on your health. If you do not take proper care of your skin in the changing weather, it can harm it. The most important thing to take care of your skin is rose water... Rose water has many benefits. If we talk about it, many people buy rose water from outside. But it often contains chemicals. But how to make natural rose water at home without any chemicals? Many people do not know this. So, learn the method of making rose water at home. You can easily make chemical-free rose water at home using only rose petals, clean water and ice cubes.
To make rose water, first take a large bowl. Spread rose petals around it. Then place a smaller bowl in the center. Pour enough water around the bowl so that the rose petals are submerged. Make sure the water doesn't get into the center bowl. Now place a lid, such as a plate, on top.
Place ice cubes on the lid. Reduce the heat and make sure the water is at a steady boil. The water is now boiling. All the nutrients in the rosehip will rise to the top as steam. The ice cubes on the lid cool the steam, turning it back into water droplets and turning it into liquid.
That water droplets fall into the vessel placed in the center of the bowl. That water is rose water. It's made from 100% pure roses. Rose water can be made very easily without any chemicals. If you want to make rose water and use it immediately, you should follow these steps.
Pour water into a pot, add rose petals, and boil for about 20 minutes. The rose petals should completely wilt and the water should change color. Turn off the heat. Once the water cools, strain it and store it in a glass bottle. You can use it immediately.
