• ½ cup gram flour
• ½ cup jowar flour
• 1 cup wheat flour
• ½ tsp salt
• ½ tsp celery
• 1 cup chopped fenugreek leaves
• 1 pinch baking soda
• 2 tbsp curd.
Ingredients for Stuffing
• 2 cups chana sattu
• ½ tsp nigella seeds
• 1 tsp celery
• ½ tsp black salt
• ½ tsp white salt
• 1 finely chopped onion
• 8–10 finely chopped green chillies
• Handful of chopped coriander
• 3–4 tbsp mustard oil
• Juice of 1 medium lemon
How to make Litti in Air Fryer
- To make Litti in air fryer, first mix the given ingredients with flour and knead the dough.
- Now mix all the stuffing ingredients well so that they look crumbly and tasty.
- Make small balls of the dough, expand them a little with your hands, fill them with stuffing and seal them in a round shape.
- Preheat the air fryer at 200°C for 5 minutes and then place the littis at small distances.
- Air fry for about 7 minutes and then turn the litti and air fry for 5 minutes.
