Dr. Indranil Khan, a minister in West Bengal, has revealed that the state government will host public screenings of the FIFA World Cup. This initiative aims to honor the strong emotional bond and enthusiasm that the people of West Bengal have for football. Khan emphasized that this is the first time such an event will take place in the state, with the Chief Minister, ministers, MLAs, and other public officials participating alongside fans in Kolkata and various regions of West Bengal.
