Rosemary oil is an ‘essential oil’, so it should never be applied directly to the scalp. Doing this may cause irritation. First of all, take 2 spoons of coconut oil, almond oil or olive oil. Add 4 to 5 drops of rosemary essential oil in it. Make this mixture slightly lukewarm and massage it gently on the scalp with the help of fingers. Leave it on your hair for at least 1 hour or overnight, then wash it with mild shampoo.

If you do not have time to apply oil, you can apply it by mixing it with your regular shampoo. For this, mix 2-3 drops of rosemary oil in shampoo. Wash hair while massaging the scalp with this. This will strengthen the hair from the roots.
