Because after 30 years the production of collagen in the skin starts decreasing. In such a situation, we use many creams, face washes, serums, medicines or anti-aging creams to maintain our beauty. To make this homemade serum, mix aloe vera gel (2 teaspoons), vitamin E capsules (2 pieces), rose water (1 teaspoon), a few drops of almond or rosehip oil and half teaspoon glycerine well and fill it in a clean glass bottle. It can be stored safely in the refrigerator and used for about 10 to 15 days. This mixture prepared from natural elements is considered helpful in moisturizing the skin and keeping it soft.
After cleansing the face at night, take 2-3 drops of this serum and massage it gently on the face and neck. With regular use, the skin remains hydrated and the face feels fresh. However, before using any new product or home mixture, do a patch test to avoid the possibility of allergy or irritation.
However, according to experts, applying serum alone does not keep the skin young for long. A balanced diet, drinking enough water, good sleep, sun protection and daily use of sunscreen are also important parts of an anti-aging skincare routine. If there is any serious skin problem or constant irritation is felt, it would be better to consult a dermatologist.
