Materials:

• curd
• Saffron sticks
• dry fruits
• Cardamom powder
• ghee
• Dried rose petals
• powdered sugar

• To make Shrikhand Vadi, first take a bowl of curd and pour it on a cotton cloth to remove the water.
• Then tie a knot and place any heavy vessel or object on it. This will remove the water from the curd completely.
• Add the prepared curd mixture to the pan on low flame and keep mixing it continuously with a spoon. This will prevent the mixture from sticking to the pan at all.
• After the mixture thickens, add sugar and mix well. After the mixture thickens, add saffron milk, powdered sugar and cardamom powder and mix well.
• After the curd mixture forms a thick ball, grease the plate with ghee. Due to this, the Srikhand Vadi will not stick.
• Then pour the mixture in a plate and spread it evenly with the help of a bowl. This will prepare the bread properly. Then keep the mixture to cool for sometime.
• Arrange the dry fruits and dried rose petals on the prepared bread and cut the bread with the help of a knife.
• Delicious Shrikhand Vadi made in a simple way is ready.
