New Delhi. Congress MP and leader of opposition Rahul Gandhi reached RML Hospital to meet the students injured during the protest at Jantar Mantar. During this time, Priyanka Gandhi and KC Venugopal were also present with him. He met the injured students admitted in the hospital and inquired about their well being. During this, while talking to the media, he reiterated the demand for the immediate resignation of Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan.

Earlier, Rahul Gandhi had said that the youth of the country should not be treated like this. The youth of the country have no chance. All roads are closed. Only the path of competitive examination is open, and that too has been ruined.

The students present here are complaining not only about the education system but also about their future. This issue is much bigger than education. Indian students are saying that they have no future in India. Dharmendra Pradhan, Home Minister and Prime Minister should resign.

At the same time, Congress General Secretary KC Venugopal said that the opposition has demanded that Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan should explain his failures in the House. Venugopal wrote on Twitter that he met the Lok Sabha Speaker along with Rahul Gandhi and other opposition MPs. He demanded that the opposition be given time to raise the issue of NEET and CBSE irregularities and Delhi Police violence against peaceful protesting youth.
