While Dheeraj Dhoopar ’s gameplay continues to draw attention in Lock Upp: Sach Ya Sazaa, viewers recently caught a glimpse of a lesser-known aspect of the actor’s personality: his tattoos. Dheeraj has three tattoos in all, a ‘Starboy’ tattoo hidden beneath his ear, two arrows pointing in opposite directions and a Christian cross. It was the tiny ‘Starboy’ tattoo that caught viewers’ attention during a recent episode, leaving many curious about the meaning behind it.

Interestingly, before entering the show, Dheeraj had spoken about his love for tattoos and how each one holds personal significance. The minimalist ‘Starboy’ tattoo, discreetly placed beneath his ear, is among his most meaningful designs. Speaking about it, the Kundali Bhagya actor had shared, “I’ve been blessed with immense love from my fans, family and loved ones for my work. This tattoo is a symbol of that incredible love and support, and I’ll carry it with me forever.”

Before entering Lock Upp: Sach Ya Sazaa, Dheeraj had also spoken to us about what finally convinced him to participate in the reality show after turning down similar offers in the past. He had said, “I have stayed away from reality shows for a long time, especially captive formats. When Lock Upp was first offered, my answer was a straight no. However, the streaming platform and Ekta Kapoor were two strong reasons that convinced me to take it up. Another factor was the shorter duration, around 35 to 40 days, unlike Bigg Boss , which runs for over two months and sometimes even longer with extensions.”
