Priyanka Gandhi Released: Apart from Leader of Opposition in Lok Sabha and Congress MP Rahul Gandhi, party MP Priyanka Gandhi Vadra has been released by Delhi Police. During the protest outside the Prime Minister’s residence, Delhi Police removed him and Rahul Gandhi was taken to Chhatrasal Stadium. Many opposition leaders had taken out a march from the Parliament House against the action taken by the police on July 20 during the CJP protest.

This march reached the Prime Minister’s residence and then all the leaders sat on strike there. Union Minister of State Jitendra Singh came to talk to him, but the talks remained inconclusive. After this the protesters were asked to move away from the PM’s residence, but they refused.

The police had forcibly taken them to different places in buses.

After this, Delhi Police forcibly took all the leaders in buses to different places. Priyanka Gandhi Vadra was taken to Mandir Marg police station in Delhi, Rahul Gandhi to Chhatrasal Stadium and several other MPs to Kingsway Camp area.

Now Rahul Gandhi and Priyanka Gandhi Vadra have been left out. After being released by Delhi Police, Priyanka Gandhi Vadra while talking to the media said that no conversation was held with us. We will raise this issue again in Parliament.
