The special thing in which is that many of these youth neither have huge student loans nor are they afraid of losing their jobs due to AI.

Why are Electricians necessary to run AI?

People often believe that AI depends only on software and coding, but its real power lies in huge AI data centers. Running thousands of high-powered GPUs continuously 24 hours a day requires robust power supplies and complex electrical infrastructure. This is why companies are now recruiting skilled electricians, welders and construction managers on a large scale. Demand for these professionals may increase in India also

Reports have revealed that employees working on data center projects are getting about 32% more salary than those working on normal construction sites. At the same time, many international surveys show that there is a huge shortage of skilled electrical technicians in most markets of the world and their demand is continuously increasing.

In such a situation, this trend may soon be seen in India also. Google is working on a large AI hub in Visakhapatnam while Meta and Reliance Jio are also expanding data center infrastructure.
