Thalapathy Vijay’s farewell film Jana Nayagan faced multiple hurdles, starting from censor issues to the entire film getting leaked online. Despite these challenges, the bookings in its home market and Karnataka have been sensational, to say the least. According to the latest update, Jana Nayagan has sold over 1 million tickets on BookMyShow so far. It is the third Vijay film to achieve this milestone (One million tickets in pre-sales), and only the fifth Kollywood film to cross the one-million mark. Produced by KVN Productions, the movie stars Pooja Hegde, Mamitha Baiju, and Bobby Deol in crucial roles. The big-ticket entertainer is being released as Jana Nayakudu in Telugu.
