Exam for 1,500 Posts to be Held in August

This recruitment drive aims to fill 1,500 Probationary Officer (PO) positions. The SBI PO Preliminary examination will be conducted on August 1 and 2, 2026, at various centers across the country. Candidates are advised to carefully verify details such as their name, roll number, exam center, reporting time, and exam shift mentioned on the admit card.

How to Download the SBI PO Prelims Admit Card 2026?

• First, visit the official SBI website at sbi.co.in/web/careers or sbi.bank.in.
• Click on the 'Current Openings' section.
• Open the link for 'Recruitment of Probationary Officers (PO) 2026-27'.
• Click on 'Download Preliminary Call Letter'.
• Enter your Registration Number/Roll Number and Password or Date of Birth.
• The admit card will appear on the screen upon logging in.
• Download it and take a printout.

What to Carry to the Exam Center

• Carry the following documents on the day of the exam:
• A printout of the SBI PO Prelims admit card.
• A valid photo identity proof (Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Voter ID, Passport, or Driving License).
• Any other documents specified on the admit card, if applicable.

No candidate will be allowed entry into the exam center without the admit card and a valid identity proof. In view of this, download your admit card in time and reach the exam center before the reporting time.
