Earlier, US President Donald Trump had posted on social media on Wednesday warning Iran not to attack ships in Hormuz. Trump had written that in retaliation for the attack on every ship in Hormuz, Iran’s bridge and power plant would be demolished. These power plants could also be from Tehran, the capital of Iran. At the same time, after Trump’s latest warning, Iran has said that ships passing through Hormuz will have to co-ordinate. It is believed from this statement of Iran that for now it will not attack any more ships in Hormuz.

Recently, the head of the International Energy Agency (IEA) had expressed concern and said that if Hormuz remains closed like this, the world will face an energy security crisis. His statement came after Trump’s continuous claims that Hormuz is open. Whereas, Iran carried out major attacks on many ships passing through the route established by America in Hormuz. Many sailors also lost their lives in these attacks. The world is waiting for the war between Iran and America to end. Both the countries fought a war for 39 days from 28 February. America has not been able to defeat Iran yet.
