AAI Recruitment 2026 Notification: The Airports Authority of India (AAI) has released an official notification for the recruitment of a total of 379 posts, comprising Manager (Group-A) and Junior Executive (Group-B) positions. This recruitment drive is being conducted under Advertisement No. 12/2026/CHQ/DR-CBT. Interested and eligible candidates can apply online from August 8, 2026, to September 7, 2026.

Who can apply?
Candidates must possess the educational qualifications prescribed for the respective post.

Manager (Civil/Electrical): Bachelor's degree in the relevant engineering branch and 3 years of experience.
Manager (Finance): MBA (Finance), PGDM (Finance), CA, ICWA, or CFA with 3 years of experience.
Manager (IT): Engineering degree in Computer Science, IT, or Electronics, or MCA, and 3 years of experience.
Manager (Fire Services, Architecture, Law): Relevant professional degree and 3 years of experience. Junior Executive (Finance): MBA/PGDM (Finance), CA, ICWA, or CFA.
Junior Executive (Law): 3-year LLB or 5-year integrated law degree.
Junior Executive (Operations): Graduate in Engineering or Graduate in Science with a 2-year regular MBA.
Junior Executive (Survey & Cartography): Graduate in Civil Engineering or Postgraduate in Geography, Remote Sensing, GIS, Geo-informatics, or Geomatics.

No prior work experience is required for Junior Executive posts.

Age Limit
Manager: Maximum 32 years
Junior Executive: Maximum 27 years

Age will be calculated as of September 7, 2026. Reserved categories will receive age relaxation as per government rules: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC (NCL), 10 years for PwD candidates, and up to 10 years for regular AAI employees.

What is the selection process?
A Computer-Based Test (CBT) will be conducted first for recruitment. There will be no negative marking for incorrect answers in this exam.

This will be followed by document verification based on the post. An interview will also be held for Manager posts. Candidates for the Manager (Fire Services) post must also pass physical measurement, physical efficiency, and driving tests prior to the interview. A medical examination will take place in the final stage.

What is the salary?

Manager (Group-A)
Pay scale: 60,000 to 1,80,000
Estimated annual CTC: Approximately 21 lakhs

Junior Executive (Group-B)
Pay scale: 40,000 to 1,40,000
Estimated annual CTC: Approximately 14 lakhs

In addition, benefits such as Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), Provident Fund (PF), Gratuity, medical facilities, and other allowances will be provided.

General Category: ₹1,000
Female candidates, SC, ST, other reserved categories, and AAI employees: Exempted from the application fee.
