According to a report by BILD, France captain Kylian Mbappé (28) has informed Real Madrid president Florentino Pérez that he has successfully convinced Michael Olise (24) to join the Spanish champions during the upcoming summer transfer window, leaving Bayern Munich behind.
During their time together with the French national team at the FIFA World Cup, Mbappé, who previously starred for Paris Saint-Germain, reportedly spent time talking with Olise, formerly of Crystal Palace, about the idea of playing together at Real Madrid. The forward is said to have told Olise that they could form a ‘perfect duo’ in the Spanish capital.
Following Mbappé’s persuasive efforts, the French attacking midfielder is believed to have given his approval to a potential move to Real Madrid. However, the La Liga giants still face the challenging task of convincing Bayern Munich to part ways with the 24-year-old talent.
