Materials:

  • ghee
  • amaranth flour
  • Kiss of dry coconut
  • dry fruits
  • ghee
  • jaggery
  • water
  • Cardamom powder

Action:

  • To make gluten free amajira sukdi, first of all, heat ghee in a kadai. Add amaranth flour to the heated ghee and fry on low flame.
  • After roasting the batter properly, remove it and in the same kadai lightly fry the dry coconut.
  • Heat water in a pot and add jaggery powder or chopped jaggery, cardamom powder to it and keep it to prepare the paste.
  • After making jaggery paste, add roasted amaranth flour and dry coconut kiss to it and mix it.
  • Mix the mixture immediately otherwise the batter may form lumps. Grease the plate with ghee.
  • Pour the prepared mixture evenly in a plate and add dry fruits on top and press gently.
