Arshad Warsi and wife Maria Goretti have restored a 150-year-old Portuguese-style bungalow in Saligao, North Goa, transforming it into Casa Zen which is a five-bedroom heritage property with vibrant interiors, a swimming pool, solar panels and lush gardens. The home is now available for tourists to rent at Rs 75,000 per night, plus taxes, as stated by Moneycontrol.

Arshad Warsi has given fans and followers a peek into his labour of love — a beautifully restored 150-year-old Portuguese bungalow in Goa, now named Casa Zen. The actor, along with wife Maria Goretti, spent time reviving the heritage property, and the finished result is a striking mix of old-world charm and bold, modern design.

Arshad recently took to Instagram to walk followers through the transformation, sharing pictures of everyone who helped bring Casa Zen to life, the carpenter, the potter, and the team behind the cleaning and polishing work. Among the images was one of a potter who crafted 40 pots in different sizes and colours for the home, and a video of Maria Goretti herself painting a heart-shaped design carved into wood.

The bio on the property's official page describes Casa Zen simply: a 150-year-old Portuguese home that has been lovingly restored, where walking in reportedly feels like a warm hug.
