Prime Minister Narendra Modi has released a video message indicating that the Union Cabinet will take up more stringent measures to curb examination paper leaks. Reiterating that the welfare and future of the country's youth remain the government's highest priority, PM Modi said stronger action against those involved in paper leaks would be discussed at Friday's Cabinet meeting.
