Thalapathy Vijay 's ' Jana Nayagan ' has finally reached theatres after months of anticipation. Directed by H. Vinoth , the political action drama is widely regarded as Vijay's final film before he shifts his complete focus to politics. The release has become a major event for fans and theatres have already turned on the celebration mode.

Meanwhile, overseas premieres concluded before the film's release in several parts of India. Early reactions are positive for the Vijay film.
