Mumbai (Maharashtra) [भारत]July 23 (ANI): On Thursday, actress Sara Ali Khan publicly spoke out on the protests related to the alleged NEET-UG 2026 paper leak amid the ongoing protests in Delhi. He shared a message focused on students and youth. Sara Ali Khan posted an emotional note on her Instagram handle, in which she expressed solidarity with the students and youth participating in the protests. In her message, the actress described the youth as the future of the country and expressed confidence that justice will be served.

She wrote on Instagram, "Our students are our future and their future lies at the heart of our nation. Their determination burns like a quiet, unquenchable flame that brings tears to my eyes, a reminder that true patriotism beats in the brave hearts that dare to stand up for what they believe in. Their courage and determination to seek a better and safer future is inspiring and moving; it is a powerful reminder of our shared conscience." We should listen to them with open hearts and walk with them. As an optimistic patriot, we will do justice to them.

Mammootty and Salman Khan also came in support

His statement comes amid protests by the youth-led Cockroach Janata Party (CJP) in Delhi demanding the resignation of Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan over the alleged NEET-UG 2026 paper leak. Veteran actor Mammootty also shared a message in support of the youth on his X handle, calling them the country's biggest asset and urging them to listen to their concerns. "Youth are the real treasure of our country. Hear their voices. Protect them. Empower them," he wrote on Twitter.

Meanwhile, Salman Khan addressed the students. In his post on X, Salman Khan assured students that their education and safety remains a priority, expressed confidence that strict action will be taken against those responsible for the alleged paper leak, and appealed to the protesters to return home. He also made a personal appeal to activist Sonam Wangchuk, who is on a long hunger strike supporting the youth-led Cockroach Janata Party movement. Salman Khan wrote, "Students are the top priority in terms of academics and safety, so they don't need to worry and alarm their parents. Honorable Prime Minister has tweeted, and I am sure he will take strict action against all those responsible for this leak. So students, please return to your parents and homes. Hearing in the case also in Delhi High Court

Meanwhile, the Delhi High Court on Friday agreed to hear a public interest litigation (PIL) seeking a National Investigation Agency (NIA) probe into the July 20 'Sansad Chalo' protest called by the Cockroach Janata Party (CJP) demanding the resignation of Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan over the alleged NEET paper leak.

The Delhi High Court has also issued notice to the Center and Delhi Police on petitions alleging excessive use of force and directed the authorities to preserve CCTV footage and other electronic evidence related to the incident. (ANI)
