Jaipur, July 24 - Tika Ram Julie, the leader of the opposition in the Rajasthan Assembly, stated on Friday that the collective strength of protesting students and youth has compelled the Prime Minister to break his silence. He emphasized that the rampant examination fraud is a direct result of the central government's ineffective laws, which have allowed criminal elements to operate without fear.
Julie pointed out that the youth of the nation have been demonstrating on the streets for over a month. Despite several months passing since the incidents of question paper leaks, the central government has remained indifferent. He remarked, “The Prime Minister had to address this issue, but it is not a gesture of goodwill from the BJP government; rather, it is a consequence of the united strength of the affected students and their historic protests.”
He further accused the government, stating, “It is the weak and ineffective laws created by the center that have emboldened the mafia involved in cheating during national examinations like NEET.”
