New Delhi. Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan tendered his resignation on Saturday amid the ongoing student protests at Jantar Mantar. After this the government accepted all the demands of CJP. After this decision of the government, CJP announced to end its protest. Amidst all this, Congress MP Rahul Gandhi has called it a big victory for the students.

Rahul Gandhi wrote on social media, today students have got a big victory. Remember, the students who were fatally attacked during the protest – some lost their hands, some broke their legs, some’s ribs, lethal weapons like pellet guns were used, many got injured and became critical – Home Minister Amit Shah is directly responsible for all this.
He further wrote, the demand is clear, from the organizers of this attack to the implementers, everyone should be held accountable and such action should be taken against them that the students can see – only then will there be justice. Amit Shah ji, you will have to answer.
Earlier, Rahul Gandhi wrote on social media, Dharmendra Pradhan’s resignation is a big step towards revamping our education system. Well done students across the country, proud of you all. Many congratulations to every youth and every student who came out on the streets and stood firmly in defense of democracy, the Constitution and their future.
He further wrote, 2 demands still remain – the Prime Minister should apologize while respecting the students and the future of India and action should be taken against the culprits of violence on students. These are the other sections of the society – farmers, laborers, poor, every person who has been oppressed and crushed by this government – real courage lies in standing firm for one’s honor in a constitutional manner. The time has come to remove this government.
