The Vedanta Delhi Half Marathon 2026 will be held on October 18 in New Delhi, with the race starting and finishing at the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium.
The World Athletics Gold Label event will bring together elite and amateur runners from India and around the world and will offer a total prize purse of USD 260,000.
The event will be held in both physical and virtual formats, allowing runners to participate either in New Delhi or from a location of their choice by completing their race remotely within the event guidelines.
The last edition of the race, which took place in 2025, attracted 39,513 participants, including 9,709 women, the highest post-COVID participation for the event.
The event also generated a socio-economic and health impact of ₹433.88 crore in 2025. Participants spent ₹251.34 crore on running gear, equipment, shoes and apparel, ₹153.71 crore on training, medical care, nutrition and supplements, and ₹24.71 crore on travel and hospitality.

The 2026 edition will also feature PLAYSCAPE, an active lifestyle platform by Procam International in partnership with Exhibetter Global, bringing together runners, brands and the active living community.
