Uttar Pradesh Board of Secondary Education (UP Board) has officially released the complete schedule for submission of examination form and fees for private candidates of High School and Intermediate for the session 2026-27. According to the release issued by UP Board Secretary Bhagwati Singh, all the students who are planning to appear in the board examination privately this time can now apply through their nearest forwarding center within the stipulated time limit.

The board has given complete details of all the important dates to form submission, payment of fees through bank challan, uploading online details on the official website and making corrections in the form. You can submit examination form and fees till 5th August

All the students participating in the private examination of UP Board are advised to submit their application form and prescribed examination fee to the Principal of their nearest forwarding center latest by August 5, 2026. After this, the Principal of the concerned school will deposit this examination fee in the Government Treasury by August 10, 2026 through a lump sum challan.

Special opportunity will be available till 16th August with late fee of Rs 100

If any student is not able to deposit his fees by 10th August 2026 due to some important reason, then there is no need to panic at all. Such students will be able to easily deposit their examination fees through bank challan by 16 August 2026 by paying late fee of Rs 100 per student.

Know the important dates for uploading details on the website

According to the rules issued by the Board, the complete information without late fees will be uploaded on the official website of the Board by 12 midnight on 16th August. At the same time, the information deposited along with late fees will be allowed to be uploaded on the website till 12 midnight of 20th August.

Correction window will open in September, opportunity to correct mistakes

All the Principals of the Forwarding Center will take out the check list of the forms uploaded on the website between August 21 to August 31 and will carefully check all the information like name of the student, name of parents, date of birth, gender, subject chosen and photograph. No new changes will be made during this period. If any mistake or error is found in the form during scrutiny, then special time has been given from 1st September to 12 midnight from 1st September to 10th September to correct it.

Complete final list will be submitted to DIOS office

After the entire correction process is successfully completed, the school principal will compulsorily submit the photo roll of all the registered students and a copy of the treasury letter (fund letter) to the office of the District Inspector of Schools (DIOS) by 30 September 2026.

Know how much will be the fee for private examination?

The board has also clarified the complete fee structure for students appearing for private exams:

  • High School (10th) Private Exam Fee: Rs 706
  • High School Credit System Fee: Rs 306
  • High School Additional Subject Fees: Rs 206 per subject
  • Intermediate (12th) Private Exam Fee: Rs 806
  • Intermediate (Agriculture Part-1, Part-2 and Vocational stream failed students): Rs 806
  • Intermediate additional subject fees: Rs 206 per subject

All students are requested to take special care of this entire timeline and not wait for the last date to fill the form or deposit the fees.
