RB Leipzig star Yan Diomande is said to be on the brink of joining Real Madrid, with multiple reports indicating that the transfer is close to being wrapped up.
Transfer reporter Ben Jacobs says the two clubs have already struck an agreement in principle, while both Teamtalk and AS state that only a few small details are left to sort out.
AS adds that Real Madrid could even present the 19-year-old as a new signing as soon as Monday.
The transfer fee is expected to be around €115-120 million, and the Ivory Coast international is reportedly prepared to sign a five-year contract at the Santiago Bernabéu.
Even so, there is still some doubt around the move. Sky Germany has rejected claims that an agreement is in place, saying that the clubs have not yet reached a consensus and that talks are still continuing.
