Former BharatPe cofounder Ashneer Grover has launched a new fintech venture, ‘Fund My Staff’, a platform that enables employers to act as guarantors for employees seeking small-ticket personal loans.
According to the app’s listing on Google Play, Fund My Staff is designed for workers with limited or no credit history who often struggle to secure formal loans from banks and digital lending platforms.
The app offers loans with tenures ranging from three to 12 months at low annual interest rates. Borrowers can repay through equated monthly instalments (EMIs), while the platform supports Aadhaar and PAN-based KYC, credit bureau checks and income verification via the Account Aggregator framework.
The loans will originate from RBI-registered non-banking financial company (NBFC) Ash Grove Capital Pvt Ltd.
