The National Testing Agency (NTA) has announced recruitment for the position of Young Professional. According to the notification, the application process began on July 25. Applications can be submitted within 30 days of the notification's release.

**Eligibility and Criteria**
To be eligible for this recruitment, candidates must have appeared for the Civil Services Examination and be registered on the 'Pratibha Setu' portal. Additionally, candidates must hold a postgraduate degree, LLM, or CA qualification in the relevant field.

**Recruitment Details**
A total of 16 positions will be filled through this recruitment drive. The breakdown of positions is as follows:

Young Professional (Academic Research): 12 posts
Young Professional (Legal Research): 2 posts
Young Professional (Finance and Accounts Research): 2 posts

**Selection Process (No Written Exam)**
Candidates will be shortlisted based on their qualifications and called for an interview. However, the NTA reserves the right to conduct a written test or task-based assessment if deemed necessary.

**Salary Details**
The initial tenure of the appointment will be two years (24 months) from the date of joining. This period may be extended up to 36 months based on performance.
