The Madhya Pradesh Police Department has announced recruitment for various posts, including Constables and Sub-Inspectors. According to information provided by MP Chief Minister Mohan Yadav, appointments will be made to a total of 9,662 posts across the state to strengthen the police department. Post-wise recruitment includes: Constable (GD) – 7,500 posts; Constable (Driver) – 1,000 posts; as well as appointments for Assistant Sub-Inspector (ASI - A), Sub-Inspector (SI - District Force), Subedar (Steno), Subedar (Non-gazetted), Sub-Inspector (SAF), and Technical Cadre (Fingerprint/Armament, etc.) posts.

**Eligibility and Criteria**
To apply for MP Police Constable posts, candidates must have passed the 12th standard from a recognized board, while graduation is mandatory for Sub-Inspector (SI) posts. Additionally, a computer course is mandatory for Subedar posts, and a driving license is required for Driver posts. The minimum age for recruitment is set at 18 years, and the maximum age at 33 years. Reserved categories will be granted age relaxation as per the rules. **Applicable Fees**
It is mandatory to deposit the prescribed fee along with the application form; the form will be accepted only upon payment. Candidates belonging to the General category and those from other states are required to pay a fee of ₹500, while candidates from the OBC, SC, and ST categories must pay ₹250. In addition to the application fee, a separate portal charge of ₹60 is payable.
