Both commissions have completed their respective preparations; requisitions for the posts have been uploaded, and preparations to issue notifications for various positions are underway. **Recruitment of Principals and Assistant Professors in Aided Colleges**
As part of its preparations, the Education Selection Commission is set to recruit principals and assistant professors for the state's aided colleges. A notification for the recruitment of principals for 111 posts in aided colleges has already been issued, while a notification for over 2,100 assistant professor posts is likely to be released this month. Preparations are also underway to submit requisitions by September-October for the recruitment of approximately 150 staff members in minority colleges and 300 in minority secondary schools.

**Massive Recruitment in Schools**
Preparations are in place for large-scale recruitment in UP schools. This includes filling posts for Headmasters and Principals in aided secondary schools. Requisitions for a total of 2,643 posts have already been uploaded. Recruitment is set to take place for TGT, PGT, and primary school teachers, covering a total of 21,252 posts; the requisition for this has already been uploaded. Meanwhile, recruitment for 8,905 posts in government inter-colleges is planned, with the requisition having been sent to the commission. Additionally, the recruitment of 131 junior clerks and 25 stenographers for the Directorate of Education in Prayagraj is to be finalized.

Recruitment of 35,000 Teachers in Rural Areas
The UP government is set to recruit 35,000 teachers for rural areas. The Basic Education Council is preparing to send the requisition for this to the commission. Furthermore, recruitment will also be conducted for 2,000 instructor posts within the Basic Education Department.
