Urban Harvest, the business-to-business food supply platform operated by Momentum Private Limited, has raised Rs 341.4 crore in a Series D funding round backed by a diverse syndicate of 58 investors.

The round includes participation from Info Edge Capital's IE Venture Investment Fund II, J&A Partners, Sandeep Kapadia, Renu Sehgal Trust, LC Nueva Advisors, Madhuri Madhusudan Kela and the Gauri Khan Family Trust, among several family offices, institutional investors and high-net-worth individuals.

The company has approved the issue of 42,013 compulsorily convertible preference shares at Rs 81,260 each, taking the total fundraise to Rs 341.39 crore.

The fresh capital is likely to support Urban Harvest's next phase of expansion.

Founded in 2019 by Sidhantt Suri, Urban Harvest supplies fresh produce, food ingredients and other kitchen essentials to hotels, restaurants, cafés and cloud kitchens. It also provides automated coffee machines and operates a B2B quick-commerce model that delivers bulk orders to food-service businesses.

It is currently said to serve around 16,000 restaurants every month across multiple cities and intends to expand into additional markets including Hyderabad, Mumbai and Jaipur.

Corporate filings show the Series D securities will convert into equity shares, subject to standard anti-dilution protections that preserve investors' ownership if future shares are issued at a lower valuation. The preference shares also carry voting rights on an as-converted basis, a common feature in venture capital financing.

The funding comes as India's food-service technology ecosystem continues to attract investor interest, with businesses focusing on supply-chain efficiency, restaurant procurement and digital commerce. Recent deals include Dil Foods raising Rs 72 crore to strengthen its food-tech and supply-chain capabilities, while gourmet food retailer Foodstories secured Rs 50 crore to expand its digital business and retail footprint.

Urban Harvest is also entering this phase from a stronger financial position. According to recent reports, the company recorded revenue of Rs 385 crore in FY26, turned profitable and is targeting Rs 1,500 crore in revenue in FY27 as it deepens its presence in India's fast-growing hospitality and restaurant supply market.

Mint first reported the planned Rs 300 crore raise, while Entrackr first reported the board approval for the Rs 341.4 crore Series D round.
